Day 1 - Friday | Buenos Aires 

  • Overnight flight Thursday night to Argentina (not included)

  • Land in Buenos Aires that morning

Also known as "the Paris of South America", Buenos Aires is one of the largest cities in Latin America and is abundant in cultural, historical and artistic offerings. The name, Buenos Aires, means "fair winds," or literally "good airs" in Spanish.

After checking in, we'll get acquitted with Palermo on an Orientation Walking Tour. Our hotel is located in what is considered the bohemian heart of Palermo Soho and is very close to the famous square: Plazoleta Cortazar; or Plaza Serrano, as locals call it. During the day the Plaza hosts an open-air market where you'll find crafts, clothing, art, jewelry and much more! Buenos Aires’ finest boutiques are here, from clothing stores and artisanal leather goods to bookstores and wine shops.

While we're out, we'll enjoy a Progressive Lunch - Eat Like a Local! This is a different way of enjoying Buenos Aires gourmet life. We will begin our meal by exploring the difference and uniqueness of Argentine pizza - a direct influence from Argentina’s Italian heritage, then we’ll move on to a corner spot to get a taste of one of Argentina’s most iconic dishes: “choripan.” We will end our lunch visiting one of the city’s famous ice cream parlors - a staple Argentine treat.

We'll return to the hotel to relax & refresh before dinner. 

Private transfer will take us to Gala Tango, one of the most glamorous tango spots in the city! Originating in Buenos Aires, you'll get your chance to learn this infamous dance with a Tango Lesson, followed by an intimate, passionate Tango Show – complete with live quintet orchestra as we enjoy a 3-course Dinner with wine.

Day 2 - Saturday | Buenos Aires 

  • Breakfast at hotel

  • Private guided South City Tour Buenos Aires

  • Guided tour of Teatro Colón

  • Lunch with at La Brigada Steakhouse

  • Private 7-course wine pairing dinner at Casa Coupage

This full day in Buenos Aires will give us a taste of the city's endless cultural options, beautiful architecture and rich identity of the "porteños" people, who proudly show their European heritage.

We'll spend the morning enjoying our Private South City Tour. Our first stop will be at Plaza de Mayo, where we’ll see the Presidential Casa Rosada (The Pink House), the Cabildo primitive town hall, and the Neoclassical‐ styled Metropolitan Cathedral, the final home of Argentina’s founding father, José de San Martin.

We’ll then head to the elaborate, world famous Teatro Colón theater and opera house founded in 1857 for a guided tour.

After taking in the history and architector of the Colón, we'll head over to historic San Telmo, one of the oldest neighborhoods in Buenos Aires, for lunch at La Brigada Steakhouse, which boasts some of the best steaks in Buenos Aires.

Leaving San Telmo, we’ll venture further southwards towards La Boca, the city’s most authentic and charming neighborhoods where Italian immigrants first settled and Tango was inspired.

After our city tour, we'll return to the hotel to relax & refresh before dinner. 

Private transfer will take us to our Dinner at Casa Coupage, a closed door restaurant - where we'll be greeted & hosted by owner, chef and sommelier: Santiago Mymicopulo. We'll enjoy a private, 7-course wine pairing dinner with our host, which will include a comparative blind tasting. The aim is to discover how the wines express themselves in different ways when paired with various dishes, with Santiago as our guide.

Day 3 - Sunday | Buenos Aires to San Rafael/Uco Valley, Mendoza

  • Breakfast at hotel

  • Private transfer from hotel to airport

  • Land in San Rafael, Mendoza

  • Private transfer to Bodega Iaccarini for private winery tour & lunch with the owner

  • Private transfer to Uco Valley & hotel

  • 2 night accommodation at Auberge du Vin Boutique Hotel

  • 3-course Dinner at hotel

After breakfast, private transfer will take us to the domestic airport for our morning flight to San Rafael, Mendoza.

Upon landing, private transfer will take us to family-owned Bodega Iaccarini. Founded in 1903 by Italian immigrant, Don Pascual Iaccarini, Bodega Iaccarini was the first winery in the district and essential in establishing viticulture and winemaking in the area. It is the home of award-winning Via Blanca and Cavas Don Nicasio wines - imported by yours truly, Panoram Imports. We’ll enjoy a private winery tour and tasting in the winery’s private family cellar with the owner and winemaker, followed by an authentic, Argentine lunch at the winery with the owner - not offered to the public.

After lunch, we’ll travel to Uco Valley, one of the key wine growing areas of Mendoza. We’ll check in to luxuriously modern Auberge du Vin Boutique Hotel, nestled in its own vineyard at the base of the Andes Mountains. Feel free to explore the vines and take in the incredible view.

A 3-course dinner with wine will be served at the hotel that evening.

Day 4 - Monday | Uco Valley

After breakfast, we’ll enjoy a full day of winery hopping at boutique “Bodegas” (Spanish for winery) throughout Uco Valley.

We’ll begin our journey at the impressive Bodega Rutini, whose origins in Mendoza winemaking can be trace back to 1885. Their Uco Valley winery is one of their larger projects, sitting on 150 hectors of prized, fertile vineyards.

We will continue to Superuco Winery, a beautiful family winery specializing in making biodynamic wine, the first of its kind in Mendoza with very limited production of top quality, terroir driven wines.

Next, we’ll venture over to Bodega Gimenez Riili, a third-generation family boutique winery that has focused on producing high-end wines since 1920. There we’ll also enjoy a picturesque lunch with wine.

After lunch, we’ll return to the hotel to rest up before dinner.

Private transfer will take us to famed Siete Fuegos Dinner Experience by Francis Mallmann. Featured on season one of the Netflix original series Chef’s Table, internationally acclaimed chef Francis Mallmann creates inspired regional dishes, showcasing Argentina's famous beef utilizing open-flame cooking techniques inspired by Argentine gauchos and European migrations. From here, the culinary magic begins under the incredible starry skies!

After an unforgettable dinner, private transfer will take us back to our hotel.

Day 5 - Tuesday | Uco Valley to Mendoza city  

The visual splendor of the Uco Valley is truly breathtaking, and we want to ensure you soak it all in! You’ll enjoy a leisurely morning and afternoon at our hotel, fully surrounding by its luscious vineyards and incredible view of the Andes Mountains. Catch some sun and a siesta by the pool, take a stroll through the sprawling vineyards, tee up for a morning round of golf (advanced reservations required; guests’ own expense), or simply indulge in sleeping in.

Later that afternoon, we’ll enjoy the scenic drive from Uco Valley to Mendoza city capital. Upon arrival, we’ll check into the 5-Star Park Hyatt Mendoza Hotel, one of the most prestigious luxury hotels in Mendoza, conveniently situated in the main business district in the center of the city - walking distance from a variety of shops, cafés, and parks.

That evening, private transfer will take us to the declared Cultural Heritage site of Los Toneles Winery for a spectacular winery tour and dinner at The Abrasado Restaurant. The winemaker’s art comes together with the gastronomic mastery of Chef Sebastián Weigandt, whose dishes combine a selection of roasted fine meat cuts, splendid locally grown vegetables and specializes in dry-aged steaks.

Day 6 - Wednesday | Lujan de Cuyo & Mendoza city

Today we’ll experience an intimate and exciting tour of family-owned Bodega Familia Otero Ramos, producer of Testamento, Kavanagh and Santa Brasa wines - imported by yours truly, Panoram Imports. We’ll be greeted by the Otero Ramos family, who will take us on a personal tour of their beautiful facility. Afterward, discover the fun of winemaking by creating your own unique wine blend! Enjoy playing winemaker as we’re guided through the challenge of blending different grape varietals to make your own tailor-made wine blend to bottle, label and take back home! A delicious lunch with wine alongside the Otero Ramos family will follow.

After lunch, we’ll head over to acclaimed Casa El Enemigo for a premiere wine tasting and winery tour of the impressive facility. Enemigo wines have a reputation of scoring 90+ points by the likes of Robert Parker, Wine Spectator, Tim Atkin, Wine Enthusiasts, and Stephen Tanzer.

Private transfer will take us back to the hotel to rest and relax before dinner.

That evening, we’ll walk a couple blocks from our hotel down to Francesco to enjoy handcrafted pastas and Italian cuisine.

After dinner, stroll back to hotel at your leisure, or perhaps find another trendy spot in walking distance for a nightcap!

Day 7 - Thursday | Mendoza City

    • Experience the colorful world of Mendoza on your own. Bespoke programs available to select from (own expense)

Today is your full leisure day to discover all Mendoza as to offer through its wines, its plethora of activities, parks, gastronomy and the majestic landscapes and majesty of the Andes Mountains and surrounding area.

Mendoza has so many fantastic wineries to explore, tour and dine. You can visit a few more on your own today, or we will be happy to arrange a "vine crawl" for you!

Day 8 - Friday | Mendoza to Buenos Aires 

After breakfast, private transfer will take us to the Mendoza airport to catch our morning flight back to Buenos Aires. Upon arrival, we’ll enjoy a Private South City Tour, where we'll learn about the dreams of Argentina's local aristocrats in the late 19th and early 20th centuries, when they sought to build a small‐scale Paris in the heart of Buenos Aires - which eventually became a beautiful mix of french-inspired palaces and modern skyscrapers . 

The tour will include Plaza San Martín and Avenida Alvear with a stop at the famous La Biela, also known as the "Remarkable Cafe." We’ll marvel at the Basílica de Nuestra Señora del Pilar, one of the city’s oldest churches, which dates to the Colonial era, as well as the celebrated Recoleta Cemetery, a true labyrinth of ornate mausoleums. We’ll make a stop at Eva Peron’s grave, one of the country’s most recognizable icons. Near we’ll find the impressive Floralis Generica, a mechanical metal flower which opens during the day and closes at night.

We'll enjoy a 3-course lunch with wine at Piegari Ristorante known for the finest Argentine beef in the city. 

After lunch, private transfer will take us to check in at 5-star Sofitel Buenos Aires Recoleta Hotel in the prestigious, high-fashion Recoleta district.

Dinner is on your own this evening, either at the hotel or at one of several fine dining establishments in walking distance. We have recommendations!

Day 9 - Saturday | Buenos Aires

  • Breakfast at hotel

  • Saturday - Leisure Day!

    • We have Bespoke Programs available to select from (own expense). Or - you're in the heart of the best shopping, bistro cafés and historic architecture in Buenos Aires; feel free to explore the area on your own!

  • Saturday night - private transfer (included) to international airport for overnight flight home (intentional flight not included)... or, elect extend your stay! Ask us in advance and we can arrange everything.

Saturday is a full leisure day to explore Buenos Aires. We have a variety of Bespoke Programs for Buenos Aires available to select from at your own expense. 

Or - you're in Recoleta... the heart of the best shopping, bistro cafés, parks and historic architecture in Buenos Aires; feel free to explore the area on your own! 

That evening, private transfer will take you from hotel to the International airport for your overnight flight home (landing Sunday morning).
